Retro Gamer Store Returns & Refund Policy

At Retro Gamer Store we love our products however due to the nature of these items we limit Returns to Only Defective or totally unplayable Products as Exchanges Only for game cartridges or game devices. When making a purchase with Retro Gamer Store you acknowledge, understand and agree to this policy at time of purchase without exception. 

As a niche custom product online retailer we keep our prices low we and limit Returns to only TESTED defective products within 14 days of receipt. We must approve your return and when received will only be serviced as Exchanges of the same exact product or like product that is in stock only without exceptions. 

You also understand upon making any purchase Retro Gamer Store that you have read the condition of the product and it's potential performance on our product pages and understand that once order is placed and submitted to us that we cannot cancel it or be returned for any reason for a refund (buyer's remorse, unspecified instructions to install, unexpected performance, etc).  

You also understand by making a purchase of any Retro Game product on our site and if any dispute for payment is made, that the user of the account with the processed billing information will be responsible for full collection activities plus any associated fees due to the service of collection in your state of residence. 

Please note, that Retro Gamer Store does  Not Offer Refunds of Any Type. 

Retro Gamer Store No Refunds Policy includes all orderable items on site, including but not limited to: Games, Toys, Preorders, Consoles, Accessories, Reissued Games or Titles, Installation Services or Tutorials, Used or New games and accessories, regardless of expected performance or collectibility. 

If Retro Gamer Store cannot issue a in stock replacement, discontinued or not available, we reserve the right to replace it with a like item, or issue you the customer a merchandise credit towards another instock item within 14 days of receipt of us deeming it a non-functional product. 

All confirmed returned products will be fully tested, and if tested to actually be non-functional the item will be sent back to recipient at their cost using their original payment method without request, as we will not be able to provide replacements on products deemed abused, mis-used, hacked, opened, or buyer's remorse. 

If Retro Gamer Store sends you a wrong item, or have received an item that is non-funtional within the first 14 days of package receipt, please request an RMA by emailing  helpme @ retrogamer.store , and our service representative will contact you to complete the exchange and replace the non-functional product for you. 

You also acknowledge and agree and hold harmless Retro Gamer Store any guarantee from performance, value, collectability or exact dates of arrival of any good purchased on this site due to custom development times. Orders that have been processed and shipped but have not been paid due to any disputes will then will be subject to all fees with collection activity and will be full responsibility of the billing card holder.
