All placed orders with Retro Gamer Store placed with valid payments are processed same day and can not be canceled once received and entering processing.  

Delivery is not made on weekends or holidays by most carriers, unless specific shipment options show this option at checkout.  

Shipments are delivered via any carrier of our choice at the best possible value and speed and is at the total discretion of Retro Gamer Store.  

Most Pay one price shipping promotions are only valid to home addresses in the continental United  States. Orders outside the continental United States may be calculated at lowest available rate and then you will be contacted directly with your shipping options. 

All Order delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. We provide full tracking information for the carrier once shipped in which you can then contact them directly with any delivery questions. 

 Retro Gamer Store orders placed that are refused and/or returned will not be credited or refunded in any way.
